Legal Fiction
* Fiction in jurisprudence is the order of the law to treat factual or legal circumstances as given, although they do not exist in reality.
With an incantation
from the second holiest book
a Human fabricates an Entity.
With four numbers
from the authorial scrolls,
the Human names
the Entity anew.
The black seal of the eagle
on a green, thrice folded paper,
bestows life upon the Entity.
The Entity, named and living,
signs next to their visage:
therewith ends their new birth.
And the Human heeds no notice
that this Entity is and has
always been Human.
